The team is good, some parts of the vision is OK, everything else is either missing or sub-standard.

I would prepare a more comprehensive review and fix the rates, if there would be a more consistent and comprehensive WP. 

All I got from that WP this time are:
0. People can recognize pictures to help AI learn.
1. There are a lot of underpaid people in the 3rd world countries. We will use them. [some read: even a child in Cambodia can work as much as his owner will force him to].
2. There are a couple of relatively old technologies with some slight tuning and recombination, which may sound cooler, if you use abbreviations like SPOCK or PICARD.
3. In 2018 everyone can build a WebApp, a chat bot and a mobile application to look at some pictures and click some text buttons.
4. There is a comparison chart, where Dbrain's far seen features are compared to the existing features of the competitors.
5. There are a lot of applications for AI (or ML? Who cares, marketing is the God).
6. Dbrain is better, than Amazon, because it will be cheap. [Like there are many data services more expensive, than Amazon?]
7. Dbarin has a decent team, some free-of-charge partnerships and some achievements.
8. Everyone can use boilerplate for legal document, it definitely works.

So, basically, someone forgot to do a homework. Hope to see better soon.
